Meet Our Founder and Head Chef

Analise Roland is a regenerative farming activist, speaker, and self-taught chef whose passion for food is rooted in her belief that food grown with intention can heal our soil and our communities.

Over the last ten years, she has launched companies in the food and wellness space, spoken on our food system’s history and current state, and advocated for the regenerative farming community at large. She loves facilitating meaningful conversations over a delicious meal, styling regenerative produce grown with care and believes it is through connection we can each be motivated towards change. Her favorite vegetable is fennel and she is often be found surfing with turmeric stained hands.

Growing up in both northern Germany and the Midwest instilled in Annika Howe a fine foundation of that Midwestern work ethic & sincerity, along with German punctuality, thoroughness & a love of order.

Initially honing her diplomacy by working in the German Parliament and her resourcefulness as a freelance tv journalist throughout Europe, Annika then moved stateside first to Chicago, working for a commercial advertising film production company. Those years working in commercial film production naturally led to producing shoots for advertising photography & video and a move to New York City. A keen understanding of the many facets of media production and exceptional attention to detail has photographers requesting Annika time and again.  Annika has lived across Europe, travels extensively for fun & adventure, and is comfortable in unfamiliar territory. She’s always looking to pick up a new language beyond her German, English & French.

Casea Rose is an award-winning experience designer, facilitator, DJ, and community activator. For the past 11 years, she has been creating transformative experiences that transcend the status quo. She has designed and facilitated hundreds of events around the globe in the fields of art, innovation, hospitality, and sustainability. Some of her clients and collaborators include South by Southwest, Virgin America, Hotel El Ganzo, Surfjack Hotel & Swim Club, and Planet Home at the Palace of Fine Arts.
